Take 1st left and proceed along this road until you come to main A6 Bedford to Luton roundabout.
Take 1st left onto dual carriageway and take immediate 1st right onto Faldo Road.
Take 2nd left onto Faldo Rd Industrial Estate.

From the South
Take M1 J.12 slip road.
Turn right at traffic lights (over M1) and proceed as above.
